extensive buffet friendly staff
The breakfast buffet was extensive with varied options, and EVERYTHING tasted AMAZING!!! The staff were always friendly and polite. They provided excellent service for storing our suitcase when we visited another location. We came back for a longer stay. The restaurant served good food.
I had to wait ages for the lifts.

I found the room spacious and quite clean. the restaurant upstairs offered a good variety of food. the pool area massages were great. I received the best massage i have ever had.

WOW! What a FABULOUS Experience!
helpful porter safe return excellent food
I had a sprained ankle, and the porter took me to the doctor and ensured my safe return! They shuttled me to a nearby pub at night. The food is ALWAYS excellent. I should eat here more often. The breakfast had lots of variety, really!
I noticed that the shuttle only runs hourly, a bit inconvenient at times. I wish it was more frequent! This would definitely make getting around easier.

adequate stay with some issues
poor soundproofing worn pool
The breakfast buffet had many options. It was quite extensive.
I noticed several problems . the soundproofing was poor. I could hear a lot of noise from outside and other rooms. the cleanliness could have been better. The pool area looked worn. also, waiting for the elevators in the morning was a hassle. It sometimes took up to 10 minutes to get one.
